Innovation Meets Craftsmanship

What makes the Williamsport LaunchBox Makerspace unique is its blend of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. Within the Dr. Welch Workshop, you’ll find woodworking tools beside 3D printers, welding equipment next to laser cutters—a setup that encourages creators to mix materials, experiment, and bridge the gap between hands-on building and digital design. It’s a space where imagination truly takes shape.

Where Collaboration Sparks Ideas

The makerspace isn’t just a workshop—it’s a community hub for problem solvers, entrepreneurs, and students to learn from each other. Whether you’re designing your first prototype or refining a market-ready product, the open, collaborative environment encourages sharing skills, testing ideas, and building together. Every project started here adds to a growing culture of innovation in Williamsport and beyond.

Makerspace access is reserved for LaunchBox participants who are developing business ideas or product prototypes. Not part of the program yet or have a question? We’d love to hear from you!
